How to place an order?
Ordering on COFAIRY.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “ADD TO CART” button to place it in your shopping bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process o complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information.

How can I make changes to my order?
If you would like to make changes to your order, we recommend canceling your order; then, proceed to place a new order. Most of our products can be canceled up until they are shipped.
*Please note, once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit.
Can I cancel my existing order?
- Unpaid order: An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours
- Paid order: Logging into your account, click “My order”, find “Cancel Order” button and click, Choose a reason for your canceling and refund method and then submit. Once your order has been canceled, an email will be sent to inform you about your refund.
**Attention: Here at COFAIRY.com we cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. In other words, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled. Then please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to arrange "return for refund".

Unless noted otherwise, all orders will be shipped within 1 business day. If you placed an order before 8 PM EST.
Where do you ship?

Can I combine my promotion codes?
Coupon codes from third party websites and discounts codes cannot be combined with existing promotional codes and will not be honored.
Can I use discounts codes to my existing orders?

How can I make returns or exchanges?
For registered customer - Log in and navigate to My orders. Submit a return request by clicking "return"; button under the item you are shipping back.

In case for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at COFAIRY.com, we are happy to offer you free returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The products must be shipped back in the same condition it arrived in. All returning jewelry must be perfectly new, never worn, used or damaged and shipped back in their original package with all tags attached.

Once the package is received, we will verify the condition of the item. You will be notified as soon as we confirm your return and authorize the refund. This process will generally take 5 business days.
The refund will be issued directly to the same card or payment method used for the original purchase. It would take one or two billing cycles from the date of the return depending on the payment method being used.
